Does Crew work with my existing biometric device?+

Crew integrates with most ZKTeco-compatible biometric devices already deployed in Pakistani offices. We also support web and mobile check-ins as a complement or replacement.

How does geofencing work?+

You define an allowed radius around a job site or office. Employees can only mark attendance from within that radius, with optional selfie verification logged against the record.

Can I track overtime separately?+

Yes. Configure overtime rules per role or department, and Crew automatically classifies hours beyond contracted limits and pushes them to payroll at the right rate.

What happens when an employee forgets to clock in?+

Employees can submit a regularization request that goes to their manager for approval. Approved corrections are logged with a reason for audit purposes.
